You can call every 3 months for a .50 Borox coupon 1-800-258-3425. They'll send other cleaning supply coupons too.

Also, if anyone is cruelty free (vegan) Fels Napa has tallow in it (yuk!). But you can sub. Dr Bronners bar soap. The peppermint smells great! And you don't have to boil the water n all that. Just grate the soap and add the borox and washing soda. I think Bronners is more expensive then Fels Nappa, but when you end up saving the time to make, I guess it equalls out! :)

Totally worth a shot! I think it does just fine with most delicates, but I've never used it on anything like silk. I always use it on cold, but I'm sure it would be fine on warm. I would think the dry detergent would work better on warm, so it could dissolve completely. If the detergent doesn't work out for you for some reason, there are lots of kids crafts you can do with the borax (and probably the other two). Like i think i read once you can make play dough or something? You'll have to check it out! Or maybe I'll do a post on it....lol!

I need to try this! Does it work well on delicate clothes? What about temperature, does it work well on warm/cold? My daughter has very sensitive skin, might be worth a shot.

I absolutely LOVE this detergent! I've been using it for about 2 years, now, and only use store bought detergent when I find a REALLY good deal. Thank you so much for sharing this with me years ago. This really is what sparked my frugal journey.
